Stress-Down Day ~ April 26th

Our students get pretty excited about dress-down days, but on Thursday, April 26th, we will be having our first “Stress-down Day”!

There will be no tests or quizzes that day, mellow music will be played over the PA system between classes, and we’ll have an extended hour-long lunch break during which time students will be able to partake of some healthy free snacks and participate in a de-stressing activity of their choice:

  • enjoying live music played by local artists
  • games in the gym
  • mindfulness exercises
  • quiet reading
  • disk golf on our 9-hole course
  • a nature walk (weather permitting),
  • or simply find a peaceful spot to enjoy food and fellowship with friends.
