Here are a couple of notes on how to view the reports online.
- Log in to Edsby.
- click the “View Report Cards” button under the list of your child’s Classes (on the left-hand side of the page).
- A window will open showing an Ontario Report Card view. It should be the “2017-2018 Semester 1 Final Report.” If not, you can select the correct Report from the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner.
The Report Card will include learning skills, a personalized comment from each teacher, and a grade.
- For first semester classes, the students’ final grade is the “percentage mark” in the 2nd reporting period. For full-year courses — like Grade 10 Venture — the mark in the 2nd reporting period is a midterm.

Knights Eatery Cards ~ Get yours today!
We are pleased to offer a convenient way to purchase food at Hamilton District Christian High with our Knights Eatery Reloadable Card. Just like any gift card, a balance is loaded on a card and declines as purchases are made. The online function provides convenience to purchase, reload without having to travel with cash.
Simply pick up your card from the front office. Set up your card by going to: https://knightseatery.ackroo.net to register and load your card. Follow the instructions online to set up an account and check your balance.

Student Council is holding its annual Spirit Wear Sale over the next couple of weeks. Please place your order over a Google Form through this link here:
The prices and options will be listed on the form. Once you have submitted your order over the form, your order is not yet complete.The price of your order will need to be submitted to the front office in an envelope labelled with your FULL NAME via CASH, CHEQUE (made payable to “Hamilton District Christian High”), or DEBIT using the machine in Knights Eatery. If you choose to use the debit option, a receipt of purchase will need to be submitted in a labelled envelope to the office. We ask that you please avoid attempting to use the debit machine during the busy minutes of lunchtime. All payments for orders Must be submitted by February 20th, 2018 or else the order cannot be placed. Please use the form for only one item at a time.
Hamilton Public Health is working to ensure that they have up-to-date vaccination records for all students who attend schools in the City of Hamilton. This year, they are focusing on children born in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004.
As parents, it is your responsibility to report your child’s vaccine history to Public Health by January 31, 2018. Here’s how to report. Please note that as of September 1, 2017, there are some new requirements related to non-medical vaccine exemptions. If your child has a non-medicinal exemption, please make sure you are aware of these requirements. Any questions you have should be directed to Hamilton Public Health.
Be aware that students who do not have a complete vaccine history or who do not have an official letter of exemption on file by February 26, 2018 may be suspended as per the Immunization of School Pupils Act. Please ensure you take care of this before the deadline; we much prefer our students to be in school!
